wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und Hund im Haus. Die Unterkunft war sauber und funktionell. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine leere Gasflasche wurde uns auch zu später Stunde binnen 30min nach einer SMS ausgetauscht. Die Zufahrt ist steil und im Sommer ziemlich schweißtreibend. 50m entfernt ist man sofort im Wald. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Pohodlné a příjemné ubytování na místě s krásným výhledem na zátoku. Vše čisté, jednání s majiteli naprosto v pohodě. Pobyt se nám moc líbil, určitě doporučuji.

tolle Aussicht

Das Haus hatte eine tolle Lage mit Ausblick auf die Bucht und auf tolle Sonnenuntergänge! Allerdings war es auch sehr abgelegen und die letzten 200 m waren sehr steil u. mit Gepäck u. 5 Personen fast nicht zu schaffen. Haben ein e-Auto, was tief liegt und haben oft mit dem Unterboden aufgesessen. Apropos e-Auto: nächste Ladestation auf Elba war Portoferraio am Coop-Supermarkt. Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einfach, aber ok. Die Betten im DG nur für kleine Kinder geeignet! Bad oben: naja.

Wundervolle Terrasse

Die Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet. Die obere Etage ist im Juli/August nicht nutzbar, da es dort zu heiß ist. Das Dorf hat einen Strand mit Restaurant. Zum Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. muss man ca. 15 Minuten fahren. Man ist also voll in der Natur. Das führte dazu, dass wir zweimal eine Ratte im Haus hatten. Wenn das Haus Insektenschutzgitter und einen Ventilator hätte, wäre sie perfekt. Vermieter sehr nett

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Preis Leistung ist gut. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist absolut toll. Die Berganfahrt zur Wohnung ist sehr steil

effettivamente la strada finisce a Nisportino ma.... che meraviglia!!! posto tranquillo, vista stupenda sulla Capraia al tramonto!!! pranzare e cenare su quella terrazza non ha davvero prezzo! proprietario gentile e disponibile e appartamento pulitissimo!

Wiejskie klimaty

Domek położony na wzgórzu, piękny widok, zero internetu i zasięgu ale to dla mnie duży plus. Przyroda, morze a zamiast cykad odgłosy kur i kogutów. Dla mnie doskonale miejsce na wyciszenie. Domek ładny, wyposażony we wszystko to co potrzebne. Właściciel uprzejmy. Polecam to miejsce.

Tramonto spettacolare

Casa pulitissima in posizione molto molto tranquilla in mezzo ai boschi. Dalla veranda c'è una vista spettacolare sul mare, il sole tramonta proprio di fronte. La strada per raggiungerla è veramente ripidissima e stretta...per guidatori esperti! Unico neo le docce, sia nel bagno di sopra che di sotto non c'è il piatto doccia...quella di sopra in più non ha neanche la tenda e ogni volta si allaga completamente il bagno. Per il resto casa consigliatissima!
