Sehr schön gelegen

Sehr gut, Wetter passte und kure Wege zur Ostsee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Netter Empfang. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung positiv überrascht: Sehr schöne und interessante Raumeinteilung. Auch alle Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Kochherd, Fernsehen, Dusche usw. funktionierten einwandfrei. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit dieser Geräte sollte man sich mehr Mühe geben. Aber sonst war alles tipptopp. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Erholung pur

Haus gut und funktional eingerichtet. Der Strand ist sehr nah, ein großer Spielplatz für Kinder bis 10 Jahre ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Zwischen Promenade und Strand ist ein 3,75km langer "Holzlaufweg", der durch viele Bäume abgegrenzt und dadurch schattenspendend ist. In der Woche sind nur wenige andere unterwegs. Wanderwege im Wald sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwoh...

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und auch noch nicht abgewohnt. Die Küche lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass es nur 6 Fernsehsender gibt (öffentlich rechtliche Sender) und kein WLAN sowie kein Handyempfang verfügbar ist. Dafür haben die Fernseher aber USB–Anschluss und einen integrierten DVD–Player. Für regnerische Tage sollte man sich also ein paar DVDs, Bücher oder Brettspiele einpacken. Sucht man also eine Unterkunft, in der man komplett abschalten und dem Alltag entfliehen kann, dann ist diese Wohnung perfekt! Reisetipps: Lubmin ist ein ruhiger Ort mit einem sehr schönem Strand. Die Hansestadt Greifswald mit einer tollen Innenstadt und einem beeindruckendemHafen ist nur 20 Autominuten entfernt. Auch ein Ausflug nach Stralsund (Meeresmuseum/Ozeaneum) oder auf die Insel Usedom ist empfehlenswert.

Die Ferienwohnung (Reihenmitte...

Die Ferienwohnung (Reihenmittelhaus) wurde uns in einem erstklassig gesäuberten Zustand übergeben. Die Verwalterin hat uns vorab mit Fotos per Whatsapp noch zusätzlich das Auffinden erleichtert. Den Service und die freundlich–kompetente Betreuung möchtenwir besonders hervorheben. Ansonsten bietet das Objekt alles, was man aus der Beschreibung entnehmen konnte. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, weitgehend ohne Besonderheiten. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sicher erneuerungsbedürftig, was uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört hat. Als Hinweis für andere Mieter: Man sollte sicher über die Besonderheiten eines Reihenhauses vorab bewußt sein. Das Objekt empfanden wir als relativ hellhörig. Reisetipps: Das Bistro "Alte Wetterstation" in der Hafenstraße Lubmins ist ganz besonders gemütlich und bietet wunderschönen Boddenblick.

Prima, konnten wieder mit Hund...

Prima, konnten wieder mit Hund anreisen.Haus war ... schön sauber. Die Sitzelemente / Couch sollten jedoch mal ausgewechselt werden ( sehr fleckig , Geruch ). Fühlten uns ansonsten wieder sehr wohl. Reisetipps: Anreise außerhalb der Ferien empfehlenswert.

Die Ferienwohnung kann man weiter empfehlen. Der Strand ist für Nichtschwimmer Kinder empfehlenswert, da der Strand lange flach in die Ostsee führt.

Immer wieder...

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Das Wasser in Sichtweite, der Spielplatz für Kinder ideal, die Unterkunft sauber und das Prozedere der Schlüsselübergabe und Abrechnung völlig komplikationslos, dazu noch Haustier erlaubt... was will man mehr! Wir sind etwas wehmütig gefahren! Bis bald...🌊
