In the district of Distelberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 2 km from the centre of Aschau, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Camping Aufenfeld" 1.8 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km, ski lift 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 3.5 km, Hochzillertal 3.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Use of grill house on request from the owner!

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower and satellite TV. Walk-through room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Prachtig uitzicht

de woning is gelegen aan een smalle steile weg. Dat is niet prettig als er tegenliggers komen. Gelukkig is dit slechts eenmaal gebeurd. De woning is prima. Keurig schoon en goed onderhouden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich supertoll! Sehr schön und sehr sauber! Der Empfang war nett und freundlich, die Aussicht war spitze, alle Zimmer haben schöne Bilder an der Wand, und so eine liebe Familie findet man nirgendwo im ganzen Zillertal! Wir haben hier zwei Wochen Urlaub gemacht doch das war eigentlich viel zu kurz! Also nächstes Jahr kommen wir gerne wieder! Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Mitte des Zillertals (Aschau) und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um von hieraus einen k

Einfach nur top.

Wunderschöne Lage. Superliebe Vermieter. Sauber. Wir waren 5 . Genügend Platz. Schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Ruhig. Hätten für 2023 sofort wieder gebucht , aber war leider schon ausgebucht für unseren Reisezeitraum. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche Familie Egger.

Es hat fast alles gepasst, der herzliche Empfang, die saubere Unterkunft, die tolle Lage. Auch die Ausstattung hat gepasst. Wenn jetzt nur die Raumtemperatur etwas höher gewesen wäre, wäre alles perfekt gewesen.

Hier passt einfach Alles! Lage, Ausstattung, Vermieter - besser geht es nicht. ... vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche bei Euch. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Die Grillhütte, eigentlich schon ein kleines Ferienhaus, mit Blick auf die Berge und den gepflegten Pool, ist ein weiteres Highlight. Dazu die ruhige und traumhafte Lage, die frischen Eier, der leckere Honig und der süffige Schnaps. Danke und bis bald.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Terasse, Kachelofen und Heizung , zur Verfügung stehen auch ein Grillhäuschen und Pool. Gegen kleinen Aufpreis täglich frische Milch und Eier. Negativ WLAN nur gegen Aufpreis und dass in Zeiten von Flats.Grosse Schlafräume und reichlich Platz, sehr nette Vermieter Reisetipps: Sehr zu empfehlen Sennerei Zillertal, Mayerhofen, Almabtrieb, Shoppen in Innsbruck, Rattenberg, Wörgl, Schwarz , Achensee , Hintertux, Ölschiefermuseum in Pertisau, lustiger Friedhof in Kramsach und Erlebnisbauerhöfe, uvm Zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert
