It was a really nice location, the surroundings are just amazing. The House has enough room to fit big groups or families and the sauna is exactly what one need after a long day of hiking. There is no internet and communication is a bit difficult , but it was nice to live of the matrix for a couple days ;).The only thing that might be improved is probably a newer sound system , nobody carry CDs anymore and is hard to find good music on Austrian Radio :).

Perfekt für 3-4 Familien und Kinder

Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss…schöne, recht neue Fass-Sauna für 4-6 Personen (ab 17:00 bis 22:30 Uhr möglich) Wir waren insgesamt 8 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und ein Baby und hatten genügend Platz im Haus. Es gibt auf jedem Stockwerk eine Dusche und ein separates WC. Die Zimmer sind rustikal aber gemütlich…lediglich das Zimmer im EG könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine wunderschöne Feuerstelle, direkt am Ufer. Ein schöner großer Kohle-Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Krásný týden v Tyrolských Alpách

Celkově hodnotíme pobyt velice kladně. krásné místo s dobrou dostupností do mnoha lokalit. Chata je uvnitř dobře vybavená a udržovaná. každé patro má svoje sociální zařízení. Venkovní posezení a nedaleká řeka je krásná záležitost. Ideální alternativa pro vetší skupinku lidí, kteří nechtějí být jen zavření v hotelu. V chatě jsme byli tři rodiny a vše se zvládlo bez problémů.

Einfach, Rustikal, ideal für tobende Kinder

Das Haus war einfach und rustikal wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Ideal war, das die Kinder toben und laut sein konnten ohne die Nachbarn zu stören.... waren ja weit weg. ;-) Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht, oberhalb hinter dem Haus befindet sich die Zufahrtsstraße von Mayrhofen nach Ginzling. Zumindest abends und nachts (20.00-06.00) stört das aber gar nicht.

gemütliches älteres Haus mit netter Verwaltung

Wer mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlerm und knarrenden Holzdielen leben kann, findet hier ein Haus mit gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und zwar kleinen aber zum Großteil recht modernen Bädern vor. Küche und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss sind geräumig aber recht dunkel und älter. Einzig das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da hier Schimmel ist. Der große Garten mit "eigenem" Flussufer ist für nette Abende oder gemeinsame Essen wie gemacht. Sehr entgegenkommenden Verwaltung, sehr nett!

Farm Eben

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Es ist ein altes Bauernhaus, mit den Heizmöglichkeiten im Winter muss man sich erst vertraut machen. Die Internetverbindung ist leider sehr schlecht wir mussten immer aus dem Haus raus gehen. Ansonsten haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. LG

prima huis voor een groep

Een leuk en superschoon huis aan een beek, prachtig dal met veel wandelmogelijkheden. De weg, (ligt ten hoogte van de bovenverdieping), is niet storend. Goede ruimte buiten, kampvuurplek, genoeg buitenstoelen. Goede bedden, prima gerenoveerde badkamers. Leefkamer met houtkachel. Relatief kleine keuken met een veel te kleine vaatwasser. We alles ruim aanwezig.Dat zou moeten worden aangepast! En wifi=:-( Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst /afscheid. Supermarkten zijn op 15 minuten rijden te bereiken.

Das Haus steht alleine an einem Bach.Wer die Natur und Abgeschiedenheit liebt...ist im “Haus Farm Eben“ gut aufgehoben. Die Kinderschaukel ist leider nicht richtig befestigt.

positiv: + idyllische Lage am Bach + alleinstehendes Haus, keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn + Skibushaltestelle sehr nah + Bäder neu und sehr sauber negativ: - kein Brötchenservice (müssten im Ort abgeholt werden) - Sauna wird nicht heiß, max. 75 Grad bei Benutzung durch nur 1 Pers. - KEIN WLAN und schlechter Empfang - Parkplatz vor dem Haus nicht befestigt - Verwalterin sehr unfreundlich, kam 2x unangekündigt rein, ...

Authentisch rustikal

Die Begrüßung verlief kurz und knapp. Großzügige Zimmeraufteilung. Bequeme Betten. Aller Bäder sind renoviert und z. T. mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist ungemütlich und dunkel, aber das Kücheninventar lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist aber okay. Hier gibt es große Tische mit Eckbänken. Heizen kann man entweder mit zwei Öfen oder mit elektrischen Heizungen. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß ist nicht sehr einladend, aber die oberen sind alle schön. Der Außenbereich erscheint etwas unordentlich und ungepflegt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, machte aber einen sauberen Eindruck.
