The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner sometimes uses a room on the ground floor. Not disturbing for the guest!

(Gross) familienurlaub

Positiv: Tolle überdachte große Terrasse, sehr gute und ruhige Lage (mitten in der Natur, toller Blick übers Zillertal), sehr schöne Zimmer zum schlafen jeweils mit eigenem WC. Negativ: keine direkte Verbindungstür zwischen Innenraum und Terrasse; lautes dauerhaftes Summen eines Generators war nachts in einigen Zimmern zu hören; küchenausstattung für 16 Personen nicht ausreichend (zB Geschirrspülmaschine spülte mangelhaft, kein abtropfsieb für Nudeln vorhanden)

Hüttenwochenende

Wir waren total begeistert von unserer Unterkunft. Wie man sich eben ein Hüttenwochenende in großer Runde vorstellt. Alles hat absolut gepasst. Vor allem, dass bei jedem Zimmer auch ein Bad mit dabei ist. Auch auf der großen Terrasse waren wir für uns und konnten das Wochenende richtig genießen.

Foto’s op site komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Binnen keuken is klein. Foto’s zijn van restaurant wat erbij zit. Je mag het huis niet met schoenen betreden. Houten huis, maar niet gehorig. Mooie ruime slaapkamers.

Zomer vakantie

Mooi huis met mooie aparte 2-persoons kamers die allemaal een eigen badkamer met WC hebben. Mooi terras om buiten te zitten maar helaas stond niet aangegeven dat de binnenruimte beneden niet in de zomer beschikbaar is voor de gasten (of we hebben het gemist). Beetje raar dat de eigenaar de borg gebruikt om een kapotte trampoline bij zijn "Stube" gebruikt om te declareren terwijl het niet bij het huis hoort. Omdat we geen zin hadden in discussies maar de verzekering ingeschakeld. Rare zaak

Wir haben das Haus in der Sommersaison bewohnt. Es verfügt über sehr gute Schlafzimmer, die jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Essbereich verfügt aber nur über 10 Plätze für Erwachsene. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit bietet einen super Talblick. Hervorzuheben sind 2 geräumige Kühlschränke für Getränke. Sehr nette Vermieter, welche die Jausenstation im Parterre bewirten.

Wunderschön aber….

Wir waren mit 11 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Die Angebote rund um das Haus und in der Gegend sind super. Die Kinder können sich am Spielplatz selbst beschäftigen. große überdachte Terrasse mit Grill ist ein Traum. Die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad haben eine sehr gute Größe und sind gemütlich. Aber… Die Küche u. den Aufenthaltsraum empfanden wir allerdings mit 16 Personen für zu klein und ungemütlich, da ist es beim Essen u. Kochen sehr eng. Besitzer sind freundlich aber penibel.
