In the house: storage room for skis. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Moidl", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr angenehmen Skiaufenthalt. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, groß genug für 2 Personen, mit schönem Blick über das Zillertal. Alles vorhanden, auch solche Kleinigkeiten wie Spültabs, Topflappen, Klopapier, Schwamm. Sehr nette Vermieterin (Liebe Grüße), die um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht ist und jederzeit erreichbar ist, da sie im selben Haus wohnt. Zur Skistation Kaltenbach und Zillertal-Arena nur wenige Autominuten. Gerne wieder.

Insgesamt alles in Ordnung

Unterkunft ist zwar schon relativ klein aber auch für drei Personen ausreichend. Küche ist auch deutlich besser als gedacht. Somit für den Preis absolut gut. Was man noch anmerken könnte wäre dass das dritte Bett deutlich kleiner ist als die anderen beiden und es keinen Ski Keller gibt.

Perfecte plek voor uitstapjes in het Zillertal. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit een typisch Oostenrijkse ingerichte woning Plezier en persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar. Een aanrader!

Mooie lokatie

Prima lokatie maar ligt in de bergen en je moet altijd met de auto naar nabijgelegen plaatsje. Internet is ronduit slecht en ook het bereik (data) met mobiele telefoon is vaak slecht. Wel gastvrije lokatie.

Gemütlische Unterkunft mit tolle Sicht

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Ideal für Familienpaar mit einem Kind. Gastgeberin ist eine sehr nette zuvorkommende Frau. Wir waren hier zu Skiurlaub in Februar 2020 und haben sehr schöne Zeit gehabt.

Zu teuer

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Falls was fehlt, springt die Vermieterin gern ein. Den Preis finden wir für zwei Zimmer nicht angemessen. Zumal der Internetzugang extra bezahlt werden musste und die Internetverbindung zum Teil sehr schlecht war bzw. gar kein Netz zur Verfügung stand. Zu allem kam noch eine Pauschale pro Person.

Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern!!

Die Vermieter, die mit Im Haus wohnen, sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer zu einem Gespräch bereit.. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und alles in einem guten Zustand. Alles zudem super sauber - kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage
