Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit Herz!Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Luca ab der ersten Sekunde super wohlgefühlt! Der Check-in verlief absolut unkompliziert und wir wurden von der Vermieterfamilie unglaublich herzlich empfangen – wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Familie ist wahnsinnig freundlich, aufmerksam und extrem hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung warteten sogar verschiedene Leckereien auf dem Esstisch auf uns, inklusive einer fantastischen, selbstgemachten Marmelade. Eine so liebevolle Geste erlebt man selten!Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: Sie bietet reichlich Platz für 4 Personen, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und war blitzsauber. Die Lage ist einfach herrlich. Das absolute Highlight ist der große Balkon, von dem aus man eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer hat – perfekt für gemütliche Abende.Auch die Lage in Novi Vinodolski ist unschlagbar: Zum Strand sind es gerade einmal 400 Meter zu Fuß. Tolle Restaurants liegen nur zwei Straßen weiter und das lebendige Stadtzentrum erreicht man bequem in nur 5 Gehminuten. Zudem bietet der Ort wirklich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf.Kurzum: Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung Luca jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Bis auf zwei Kritikpunkte war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht

Der Matratzenbezug war leider voller Hundehaare und die Badezimmertür hat sehr laut geknarrt. Sonst war es schön und sauber.

Super Wohnung, Vermieter super...

Super Wohnung, Vermieter super er kam am ersten Abend direkt mit Geschenken, zum Meer sind es nur zwei quer Straße in 5 min gut zu Fuß, Zum Frühstück gab es frische Feigen direkt vom Baum, 5 Sterne von uns,Waschmaschine beim Vermieter aber kein Problem. Reisetipps: Man muss zum Silbersee fahren,Man sollte sich den Flughafen von Rijeka anschauen und die Stadt sollte auch nicht zu kurz kommen.
