Shop 100 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Manvieux Mairie" 3 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 1 km.
"La Batterie", 4-room house 145 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 5 adults + 2 children. Beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Machine expresso)). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Wooden floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
