For shared use: swimming pool (16 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the complex: fitness room, lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Communal covered parking, public parking on the road. Shop 50 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Eglise (3)" 1.5 km, sandy beach 350 m, bathing lake "Lac Marin de Port d'Albret" 1 km. Perfect stay

Nicely situated, close to the ocean. Quiet and comfortable apartment with a nice terras. Good restaurant and a foodstore in the same building complex. Overall a good place to be!

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et jacuzzi. Très spacieux, calme et proche de la mer. De plus le centre ville est à 5 minutes. Cerise sur le gâteau on a trouvé une borne électrique à 3 minutes.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement où le ménage n a pas été fait : terrasse pleine de sable , salon de la terrasse très sale , obligée de tout nettoyer avant de pouvoir prendre un repas sur le balcon . Résidence bruyante , proximité avec les voisins avec enfants en bas âge , piscine beaucoup trop petite vs nombre de personnes dans la résidence . Wifi pour un seul appareil : ok sur le principe mais pas de réseau du tout pour le reste des occupants ! Sinon très bon emplacement vs accès plage .

Tolle Lage, schönes Appartment, gut gelegen

Leider wurden wir von Fewo-Direkt nicht informiert, dass wir in den Ort zur Rezeption von ResaSol müssen, wir waren wir etwas lost als wir ankamen. Sollte man in der Website erwähnen. Auch, dass keine Bettwäsche und Leintücher vor Ort sind. Lediglich einfache Gaze-Tücher, in denen möchte man nicht schlafen. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, geräumig. Gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine tolle Ferienwohnung, nah am Meer, in ruhiger Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Wunderbar. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Wie für uns gemacht...

Die Unterkunft ist einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung zum Kochen könnte etwas besser sein. Die Töpfe sind so billig, dass ihr Boden nicht plan auf der Kochfläche aufliegt. Die Unterkunft Punktet ganz klar mit Ihrer Lage zum Strand und dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir waren jetzt zum dritten mal in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit genossen. Einzige Nachteil ist der recht laute Abzug des Lokales, der zum inneren der Anlage geht.

Erholung pur

Ich war mit meinem Mann Anfang Juni dort. Die Wohnung war super schön und vor allem total sauber. Die Küche hat für 2 Personen genügend Platz geboten. Ein paar scharfe Messer wären noch super gewesen. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Die komplette Anlage ist wirklich schön gemacht. Einziges Manko, die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig. Wären wir mit mehreren Personen dort gewesen, dann hätten wir uns mit Sicherheit daran gestört, dass man die Türen nicht leise schließen kann. Dennoch ist diese „Kritik“ meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau und für mich auch in keiner Weise einen Punktabzug wert. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden nächstes Jahr, auf jeden Fall, wieder kommen.

Résidence impeccable avec toutes les commodités à proximité, piscine et jacuzzi appréciable, parking en sous-sol pratique, agence bienveillante et à l'écoute, ainsi que le personnel d'entretien, et une chance d'avoir eu 7 jours de beau temps !

Effectivement en journée cette situation est assez bruyante, mais c'est les vacances ! L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, propre à notre arrivée. La proximité du spar et du restau est un plus. Le seul bémol est la connexion wifi inexistante, même en payant le surcout...
