Ferienhaus Tytisa

Die Entfernungsangaben zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stimmen. Parken kann man neben dem Haus. Großer gepflegter Garten. Das Haus ist alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, aber mit der Arbeit überlastet. Sauberkeit: könnte besser sein. Schimmel im Kühlschrank. Lange Haare auf dem Boden. Fenster nicht geputzt. Einweg-Bettwäsche, Betten waren nicht bezogen. Zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Fazit: den Preis nicht wert!

In die Jahre gekommen

Die gesamte Wohnung wirkt alt. Das Badeszimmer und die Toilette im Obergeschoss entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Die Duschwanne zeigte Roststellen, in den Fugen zeigten sich Schimmelspuren. Der Wasserdurchlauf des Brausekopfes ist sehr sparsam. Das Wasser im Toilettenspülkasten spült zu langsam und tropft lange nach.

Schmutzig, vorne laut, bescheiden ausgestattet

Das Haus entspricht zwar durchaus dem schönen Bild, direkt davor ist jedoch eine vielbefahrene Straße mit Eisenbahn Übergang, das verursacht zusätzlichen Lärm. Man kann nur hinten mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Vorne unmöglich. Wir haben es sehr oberflächlich gereinigt vorgefunden. Besonders die Küche war sehr schmutzig, die Klobürsten vielfach benutzt. Die Gegend ist super schön aber wir waren froh, wenn wir nicht im Haus waren. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung....
