Die FeWo ist super schön gelegen und sehr zentral. Am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Als

Die FeWo ist super schön gelegen und sehr zentral. Am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Als Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter, die noch nicht in Wyk waren und mit dem PKW anreisen, möglichst nach 17 Uhr, dann ist es in der Fußgängerzone ruhiger. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Eingangsbereich an der Haustür und das Treppenhaus machen einen weniger gepflegten Eindruck und waren sicherlich längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Hier sollte man eine Lösung finden um den sonst sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht zu schmälern. Wir würden den Vermieter und die Wohnung aber auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das Ecksofa würde ich unbedingt um 90° drehen, sodass drei Plätze direkt den schönen Ausblick genießen können und zwei zum TV gerichtet sind. So wie es da bislang steht, schauen zwei Plätze nach innen und drei zum TV, keiner hat den tollen Blick raus.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings fehlt es an genügend Ausstattung ( zu wenige Tassen, das Besteck ist minderwertig, Teekanne fehlt, keine Bierglas vorhanden). Der Service war top, unsere Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt. Die Abholung an der Fähre ( Danke, Herr Brasche) war sehr gut.

Wunderschöner Ausblick und super zentral gelegen. Leider eine eher spärlich ausgestattete Küche: keine Teekanne und nur 6 Tassen in einer Wohnung für 4-6 Leute sowie geringes Equipment fürs Kochen und nichts zum Backen, letzteres ist auch aufgrund der großen Anzahl hervorragender Konditoreien in der Nähe nicht nötig. Das Wäschepaket ist sein Geld wert und die Wohnung ist top sauber.
