Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 20 m. Shop 10 km, supermarket 17 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner has a dog. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
