Shop 900 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Cala Murada" 1 km, railway station "Manacor" 21 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Very nice place

Nice house which is close to a very nice, small bay. The house is very good fitted and very clean and has a great, large pool with an outdoor shower. The equipment of the house is great. From the dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, crockery and much more, nothing is missing. Due to the statement about the mosquitoes, we brought an electric mosquito racket, which we can recommend to every guest.

Plus Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Pool super, Terrasse super, Klimaanlage super. Grillen Grillkohlen Grillanzünder vorhanden Wlan: sehr gut Minus Bett ist nicht sehr stabil, eine andere Matratze wäre auch gut. Teller die am Rand teilweise eine Beschädigung haben wäre auch ratsam diese zu ersetzen Gesamt Fazit: Sehr schönes Haus, diese Kleinigkeiten sind einfach so...

Absolut perfekte Finca

Perfekt Finca für eine 4köpfige Familie. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Konnten am Anreisetag die Finca früher beziehen und am Abreisetag sogar noch länger bleiben als 10:00 Uhr. Würden diese Finca sofort wieder buchen, hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank

toller Frühlingsurlaub

Anfang März waren wir für eine Woche in diesem tollen Objekt. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin nett empfangen, uns wurde alles im Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und die Anlage nebst Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Alles was wir brauchten, stand zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der teilweise frischen Temperaturen konnte man mit der vorhandenen Klimaanlage heizen. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Tolle mega saubere Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Mallorca. Das Ferienhaus, das Grundstück & der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin A. ist absolut nett & hilfsbereit. Von der Ausstattung her gibt es alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Kinderbett mit Bettwäsche war kein Problem. Das einzige störende waren die vielen Mücken am Anfang, vor den Fenstern/Türen gibt es leider keine Mückennetze, unsere Empfehlung: am besten mobile Moskitonetze für's Bett mitbringen. Wir werden sicher nochmal hier Urlaub machen. VG

Hervorragend

Meine Bewertung für das Haus wäre eine 10 von 10. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb, sie hat uns schon vor dem Urlaub eine Whatsapp geschickt mit Tipps wo man gut einkaufen kann, sehr freundlich! Als wir ankamen hat sie uns alles erklärt, man hat sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel. Sie hat uns auch eine Mosquito Kerze dagelassen um die Mosquitos zu verscheuchen. Das Haus an sich ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Ist total schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und man fühlt sich pudelwohl.

Sehr gepflegt ! Besonders empfehlenswert!

Die Hausherrin, Ana ,hat uns überaus herzlich willkommen geheißen. Über dem üblichen Standart hinaus zuvorkommend betreut. Das Haus ist gepflegt wie neu ! Unglaublich sauber und sehr sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Küche ist ein Hausfrauentraum.... Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Pool und die Terrasse sind ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Casa Ana können wir wirklich nur empfehlen! Der Ort an sich ist allerdings zu ruhig für jemanden der Party machen möchte. Hier ist erholen angesagt !

Sehr schöne Finca, sehr nette Vermieterin, (-viele Grüße auch nochmal ...) Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe sucht-man hört außer dem Rauschen der Palmen im Nachbargarten absolut nichts. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen oder begnügt sich mit der Cala Murada als Strand und geht zu Fuß. Diese erreicht man in 15 Minuten. Wir hatten jedenfalls einen perfekten Urlaub, auch wenn es dieses Jahr mal etwas kühler war als sonst. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!!

So stellt man sich Mallorca vor

Die Wohnung war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und perfekt mit guten Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet, sogar ein Grill einer sehr bekannten Marke war vorhanden. Grosser Kühlschrank für Getränke, ein großes Gefrierfach für Eis. Die Betreuerin war super nett und hat auch mehrmals nachgefragt ob es an etwas fehlen würde. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war top, der Pool wurde regelmäßig von einem Poolservice gepflegt, genial. Der Standort ist eine gute Ausgangslage um die Insel, insbesondere die Mitte
