Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (40 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "San Foca" 16 km, rocky beach "Torre dell'Orso" 19 km. Please note: car recommended.
