Location très bien situé

Son point fort et le localisation et la très belle piscine. Logement très fonctionnel. Seul bémol il manque une échelle pour monter sur le lit en hauteur on a du se servir d'un banc pour y accéder tout le temps des vacances.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à 4. Appartement très bien situé et la description est conforme. Lit double à l'étage, sous comble donc risque de se buter. Canape lit dans l'espace principal Lit superposé cabine dans l'entrée, un bémol sur le lit du dessus, pas d'échelle pour y accéder. Piscine, plage de sable fin à proximité. Navettes estivales gratuites tout proche. Endroit à recommander si vous rechercher calme et baignades en eaux cristallines.

Op de begane grond is alles oké, behalve wellicht de zitbank, is eigenlijk een veldbed, laag en slap. Slaapruimte is boven onder een laag dak met balken, waar aan je meerdere keren kan stoten als je groot bent (+170 cm.) en niet oplet, wanneer je 's nachts beneden naar het toilet moet. De houten trap heeft alleen aan de rechterzijde een leuning en dus niet aan de muurzijde, omhoog is relatief makkelijk, dalen is daarintegen lastig! De locatie is voor de reiziger met een auto en hond perfect!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit entfernt vom Strand und direkt daneben ein Supermarkt. Alles war sauber , sowohl Wohnung als auch der Pool.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Der Einkaufsläden ist direkt gegenüber und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Strand ist fein und das Wasser flach abfallend. Entfernung zum Strand sind 150m. Der Pool verfügt über einen Nichtschwimmer und Schwimmerbereich und kann gut genutzt werden. Die Stadt Caverliere ist fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Hier kann man mit einem Glas Wein und Musik den Abend ausklingen lassen. St. Tropez ist eine 1/2 Std. vom Ferienort entfernt.

Die Liege im unteren Raum müsste erneuert werden. Zum Schlafen nicht gut geeignet. Für Senioren mit Gehbehinderung ist die Leiter zum Schlafzimmer steil und schmal. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus ist gut. Eine hübsche, kleine Anlage mit kleinen Macken im Wohnbereich.
