Wonderful

This villa is beautiful. It had everything we needed, including a piano. The fixtures and fittings were all top quality. The surroundings were peaceful and very pleasant. We used the pool, even though it was December. We had a minor issue with the electricity cutting out which was solved very promptly by the owner. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unser erster Familienurlaub in einer Finca war toll. Ausreichende Ausstattung, genügend Bäder für insges. 6 Personen. Sauberer Pool, dank Poolreiniger. Wir würden uns wieder hierfür entscheiden.

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartung über

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen 1 Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist von den Räumlichkeiten sehr gut aufgeteilt u. jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Küche war mit allem was man benötigte ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Da es relativ kalt war zu der Zeit, waren wir froh das man die Klimaanlage als Heizung nutzen konnte. Wir würden trotzdem immer wieder dort hinfahren, allerdings bei wärmeren Temperaturen, sodass man die schöne Außenanlage mehr nutzen kann.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, die Armaturen sind in die Jahre gekommen und konnten ausgewechselt werden.

fraglich - questionable

Haus und Ausstattung sehr angenehm. Besitzer P. (?) sehr Freundlich. Wie schon mal von ein Gast bemerkt, die bezahlte Kaution für Elektra, würde trotz mehrere Aufforderungen, nie minus Verbrauch abgerechnet! Man sollte also rechnen das R.P. sich hier ein Zubrot nimmt. Vermute dass der Besitzer nicht involviert ist.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Die online Bilder werden dem eigentlich überhaupt nicht gerecht. Sehr netter Vermieter (kann auch deutsch). Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche dort und alle waren begeistert (29-34 Jahre) Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Leider nicht der Standard, den wir erwartet hatten. Viele Möbel älter, wie aus einem anderen Haushalt ausrangiert. Das Haus riecht stark nach Mottenkugeln o.ä. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt, dadurch viele Mücken, auch im Haus. Gartenstühle sind billige Plastik Stapelstühle ohne Sitzkissen. Abflüsse riechen. Schade, war nicht so schön

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Haus nochmals überprüft. Der Garten und die Rasenfläche am Haus wurden sehr gepflegt vorgefunden. Das angrenzende Grundstück mit Zitrus- und Olivenbäumen ist naturbelassen. Die Einrichtung ist im klassischen Stil gehalten. Bei den vorhandenen Möbel handelt es sich um hochwertige Vollholzmöbel. Ein Geruch nach Mottenkugeln konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Auch die Abflüsse wurden kontrolliert und sind in Ordnung. Die Plastikstühle auf der Terrasse wurden durch neue in moderner Korboptik ersetzt. Sitzkissen, auch für die zweite Sitzgruppe aus Holz, sind für alle Stühle vorhanden.
