This bright and cosy holiday home is located on the ground floor of the “Schloss am Meer,” right on the beach and across from the Wenningstedt spa administration office. It’s ideal for two people, solo travellers, and guests visiting Sylt without a car. Extensive renovations were carried out in the winter of 2025/2026; a new bathroom, a redesigned hallway, kitchen upgrades, and fresh wall finishes have made the apartment shine ever since.

On the light-filled ground floor, next to a small hallway, you’ll find an open kitchen and the living and dining area:
The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a two-burner stove, opens directly onto the inviting dining area—which seats four—and the cosy sofa nook with a reading lamp and TV.

From here, you can step out onto the spacious and newly furnished west-facing terrace, which features its own seasonal beach chair (available from approximately April through October), and listen to the sound of the North Sea.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), built-in closet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and separate access to the terrace.

Bathroom: Bright bathroom with a large, floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, toilet, towel rack, and window.

Location: This holiday rental is located directly on the beach and next to the main beach access point in Wenningstedt. The “Haus am Kliff” is located across the street and offers information and entertainment options. Various restaurants, a bakery, and small shops are in the immediate vicinity.
