The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a cosy seating area is perfect for sharing meals together. The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to relax outdoors. In the well-maintained, enclosed garden area, beach chairs and a playground are available—ideal for families with children. Please note: The washing machine and dryer are available for shared use by all guests—as is the fenced-in garden, which can be used by all guests.'

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Matratzen gut, Einrichtung modern. Lage super. Ein paar technische Dinge sind nicht in Ordnung: Beim Geschirrspüler ist die Verkleidung der Klappe ab, das ist nicht so hübsch und führt dazu, dass die Klappe nicht unten bleibt, wenn man den Geschirrspüler befüllt oder ausräumt. Die Halterung des Mülleimers ist nicht fest, so dass einem alles entgegen kommt, wenn man ihn vorzieht. Die Duschwand lässt sich nicht richtig schieben.
