This holiday flat in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz enjoys an idyllic location right by the water and is ideal for four people.



The flat has two bedrooms, both with a magnificent view of the Schlei and a television. Two further sleeping places can be provided on request in the living room with a pull-out sofa (160x193cm) (the room cannot be completely darkened).



The modern bathroom is fitted with a bath, which can also be used as a shower, as well as an infrared sauna for wellness enthusiasts.

The flat stands out thanks to its open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the harbour. Amenities include a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a Blu-ray player, so there’s no shortage of entertainment options. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the flat, even during the colder months.



Outside, a terrace with harbour views invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is also a barbecue here, perfect for cosy evenings al fresco. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space directly in front of the house.
