Es ist wichtig, dass Mieter im Vorfeld darüber informiert werden, dass die Wohnung an zwei befahre..

Es ist wichtig, dass Mieter im Vorfeld darüber informiert werden, dass die Wohnung an zwei befahrenen Straßen liegt. Das geht aus der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung nicht hervor. Auch der Lageplan macht nicht deutlich, dass es sich um stark befahrene Straßen handelt. Das weiß man nur als ortskundige Person. Der Verkehr war enorm (inklusive Bussen und LKW's) und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich wahrnehmbar. Transparenz ist hier wichtig! Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist schön groß. Beachten sollte man, dass sich die Wohnung an zwei Straßen befindet, wovon vor allem eine Straße sehr stark befahren ist.
