The 95 sqm holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. You have a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower function, three bedrooms, and a large terrace. In the spacious double room, a cot is available. There is also a single room and another room with a built-in single bed and a built-in 1.40 m wide bed. Please note: This third bedroom is located behind the bathroom and can only be accessed through the bathroom. A washing machine is available for shared use in the house; you receive the key on request. The garden with trampoline, climbing tower, slackline, swings, slides, a tree house in the forest, and the play barn with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, and more are available to all guests. All terraces and balconies belong to the respective apartment.

The 'Reuse' is a building in the most beautiful location. Situated on the edge of the village, directly on the circular hiking trail around the Steinhuder Meer, it offers pure relaxation for all nature lovers.

With its well-equipped apartments (from 55 sqm - 140 sqm), the large garden and the many play and leisure facilities, it has been recognized as particularly child-friendly by the 'Kinderferienland Niedersachsen' campaign!

Mardorf is a tranquil little village on the sunny northern shore of the Steinhuder Meer - about 40 km northwest of Hanover - which, despite increasing tourism, has been spared the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, it has a lot to offer for your leisure activities. In addition to beautiful cycle paths, there are various water sports, fishing, swimming and sunbathing on the beach, two tennis courts, a 27-hole golf course, where guests are also welcome, as well as cafés, restaurants, mini golf and much more. A very attractive climbing garden rounds off the offer. There is an arts and crafts market on Ascension Day and on October 3, and on the second and fourth Saturday of each month 'the fleas' are on sale at the flea market.
