Semi-detached house Villa an der Düne in the Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen

Located directly adjacent to the dunes, on its own lot spanning over 1,000 m², this semi-detached home is part of the Villa AN DER DÜNE complex. The “Dünenmeer” holiday resort, offering high-end dining and wellness amenities, is also in the immediate vicinity.

As in the rest of the thatched-roof house, the three bedrooms are decorated in clean earth tones. The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The elegant bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

The spacious living area comfortably accommodates a sofa set, a French fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Two patio doors lead out to the furnished patio with an adjoining garden. The dining area receives plenty of light through the two patio doors and is conveniently located near the well-equipped kitchenette.

In addition to a washing machine and dryer, the storage and utility room also features a small sauna cabin.
