From the living room, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the green garden, which soothes the soul. The light and warm colours of the tasteful furnishings help you feel right at home immediately. The dining area in the living room is perfect for shared meals, where you can reflect on the day or make plans for upcoming adventures. The cosy sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping option, ideal for a third person or simply for relaxing.

The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. Here you’ll find a Nespresso machine to sweeten your start to the day. A small dining area in the kitchen offers another cosy spot to sit, ideal for breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere.

The bright bathroom is a place for refreshment and self-care. It’s equipped with a shower, a large mirror, and a makeup mirror, so you can feel completely at ease.
The inviting bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, promises restful nights. Stylish bedside lamps bathe the room in warm light and create a particularly cosy atmosphere. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your wardrobe, so you’ll feel right at home even during a longer stay.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
