Cozy, comfortable maisonette-style vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with two
rooms, a loft, and a balcony, covering approximately 70 square meters of floor space in the
Lilli-Marleen apartment building. In addition to the open loft with a
double bed, the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the
living area and is suitable for 4 to a maximum of 6 people. The kitchenette, integrated into the
living area, is fully furnished and
equipped. The apartment has laminate flooring; the kitchen and bathroom are
tiled. The apartment also features a shower room with a toilet.
