Mansarda Sotto Le Stelle is a charming 40 m² apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Savona, offering direct views of the Ligurian Sea. This authentic, characterful space is ideal for couples or families of up to 4 wanting a genuine seaside experience.
The apartment features a double bed, a sofa bed for 2, bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, blender, dishes and utensils). You’ll find a private washing machine, air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and essential toiletries are included. High chair, toys and children’s books are also available.
The location is excellent: the cycle path in front of the apartment runs along the sea to the beaches of the Gulf of the Island (5 km). Supermarket, bars, pizzerias, pharmacy and playground are just steps away. Free street parking is available.
Please note: The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, accessed via several flights of low steps. Typical attic ceilings are low in some areas—part of the authentic charm, but something to consider for taller guests.
