Beautiful, traditional Italian home with spectacular views

Pros: The quiet, peaceful location with complete privacy, the large pool on the lower level with fridge for drinks & shower room, the large kitchen with generous table for relaxed family meals & of course the spectacular views Cons: We were extremely disappointed on our arrival at the ‘welcome package’. As holiday rental owners ourselves, we could not believe that the hosts hadn’t provided even the most basic of items in the kitchen & bathrooms, items which would have cost €20-30 and which would have allowed us to leave a 5 star review. Also, we don’t believe that the table tennis table should be included in the advert as it is completely weather damaged & unusable, which was a disappointment.

Pros: Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, das Gebäude ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm. Cons: Das Gebäude steht Gästen nicht vollständig zur Verfügung. Der Westteil ist geschlossen. Im frei nutzbaren Teil sind die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss voneinander getrennt, was die Trennung sehr unangenehm macht. Der Eigentümer hatte uns im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert; wir bemerkten diesen Mangel erst bei der Ankunft. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer im Nebengebäude mit eigenem Bad, das jedoch etwa 30 m vom Haupthaus entfernt liegt. Das Wohnzimmer und die Wohnküche im Haupthaus sind dunkel: klein und mit wenigen Fenstern. Wenn die Lamellen des Außenfensters im Wohnzimmer des Haupthauses geöffnet sind, reichen sie bis zur Hälfte der Außentreppe zum Obergeschoss und versperren den Weg, was eine Unfallgefahr darstellt – dies wurde offensichtlich bei der Renovierung des Gebäudes nicht bedacht und später einfach so belassen...

Hochwertige toskanische Steinhausvilla mit Pool

Pros: Unsere Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa war einfach unvergesslich. Das rustikale Steinhaus versprüht toskanischen Charme pur und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage inmitten der sanften Hügel bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über die umliegende Landschaft – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight! Der Pool war ein absolutes Plus, perfekt gepflegt und mit einmaligem Blick – Entspannung pur. Auch die Terrasse mit Essbereich im Freien hat uns begeistert, ideal für laue Abende mit gutem Essen und einem Glas Vino. Die Villa vereint den authentischen Charakter eines historischen Landhauses mit modernem Komfort. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienisches Lebensgefühl sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank auch an Marco für den herzlichen Service und Support. Cons: die 12 tage sind einfach zu schnell vergangen :p
