In the modern "Captain Hook" penthouse (built in 21/22), you’ll find first-class amenities and what is arguably the most beautiful view of the dike in Hooksiel. The spacious rooftop terrace, measuring over 18 m² and perfectly south-facing, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments, whether it’s breakfast, a break in a beach chair, or a cosy way to wind down at the end of the day. The 73 m² penthouse is easily accessible by lift and features barrier-free design.

The tasteful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired, especially for amateur chefs. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a double sink, and an infrared sauna. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, one of which has a sleeping surface of 210 cm.

Other highlights include a private parking space right in front of the house and a lockable bike storage room with a 220-volt charging outlet for e-bikes.

Es war Alles vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch.Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Wir haben uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.Es war Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Für den täglichen Gebrauch war Alles vorhanden.Lustig war der Herd,den wir erstemal mit dem Magnet benutzt haben.Kannten wir garnicht.Da musste doch die Beschreibung her.Wir haben herzhaft gelacht.Solange brauchte mein Mann noch nie für die Frühstückseier.
