Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos, sauber, modern, hell. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr komfortabel - es ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hierfür gäbe es volle 5 Sterne.Die Check-In-Angaben der Bestätigungsmail des Vermieters unterschieden sich jedoch von den Angaben auf dieser Seite. Ist ja nicht schlimm, kann man ja klären. Daher rief ich bei der Agentur am Meer an und fragte nach den gültigen Zeiten. Und für dieses Telefonat würde ich Minussterne geben. Die Mitarbeiterin reagierte genervt und in einer unangenehm belehrenden Art auf meine Fragen. Sie versetzte sich nicht in den Kunden hinein, der interne Abläufe gar nicht kennen kann und es schien mir, als wolle Sie das dumme Kind in der Leitung einmal mit grundsätzlichen Lebensweisheiten aufklären wie z.B.: „Dann müssen Sie halt rechtzeitig losfahren.“ Dass es einen Schlüsselkasten gibt, der die einfache Antwort auf meine wichtigste Frage war, erfuhr ich erst nach Unfreundlichkeiten und Belehrungen.Fazit: Wohnung sehr gutGesprächsführung mit Kunden am Telefon: unfassbar schlechtWir waren froh, dass es vor Ort keine Probleme gab und ich nicht erneut dort anrufen musste.
