Our beautiful, light-filled holiday apartment (approx. 135 square metres, 1 large living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchenette with bar seating, 2 bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, a very large south-facing sun balcony, as well as 2 large balconies facing east and west, a parking space, Wi-Fi, max. 6 adults) is located right on Lake Sellin and only about 900 m from the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.

The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, where the thatched-roof house containing the holiday apartment is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. The spa park and a large children’s playground are also about 800 m away. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shopping options, cafes, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails. Just 100 m from the property, a free beach shuttle runs through town and to the beach.

A parking space is available in front of the house. A bike rental shop is about 500 metres away. The public transit bus stop is approximately 600 metres away.

Upon request, you can book a delicious breakfast at our on-site restaurant (approx. 150 m away) for an additional fee.

The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor.

A security deposit of 200 must be paid in advance at the time of booking; it will be refunded after departure.

This beautiful, spacious holiday rental is located on the 1st floor of the thatched-roof house and has a separate entrance. It is approximately 135 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children up to 3 years old in a travel cot.

This holiday rental has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Guests staying here can also enjoy free Wi-Fi. The very spacious living room features a comfortable couch, armchairs, a table, and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a large dining table with chairs. This holiday rental features 3 very large balconies with patio furniture and sun loungers. They face east, south, and west. From the holiday rental, you’ll enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Sellin, whose lakeside promenade is just 50 metres away. Enjoy the stunning sunsets here with a glass of wine after a wonderful day on holiday!

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide range of other kitchen utensils.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe. The second bedroom has the same furnishings and is accessible via a staircase in the attic. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge in these two bedrooms upon request. Also in the attic (with no door separating it from the living area below) is the third bedroom, which is likewise furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), nightstands, reading lamps, and a wardrobe.

Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with bed linens.

Two modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, towel dryer, and sink. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink.
