Our beach house (DHH) "Dünenblick 73a" stands, directly behind the dune in the first row only about 30 meters from the beach and promenade, in the middle of the dunes and beach park Baabe. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the sea and having breakfast on the covered terrace, ending the evening with a good cup of tea in front of the crackling fire of the stove - that is pure relaxation! Our house is furnished with everything your heart desires. The house is ideal for seniors, because everything is on one level. Here you will find the peace and quiet you want on your holiday. Be our guest. We look forward to you.

Ich schliesse mich der Bewertung vom 04.12.25 komplett an. Darüber hinaus hat mich der Eigentümer angeschrieben und eine Rechnung für die kaputte Kaminscheibe angekündigt. Eine Frechheit, da diese bereits in der Bewertung vom 04.12.25 festgehalten wurde. Es kommt schon der Eindruck auf, dass der Eigentümer das Haus auf Kosten der Mieter sanieren will.

Positiv sind eindeutige die Lage des Hauses, das Hunde erlaubt sind und die Ausstattung ist auch gut. Auch die Anreise war super organisiert und reibungslos. Dafür auf jeden Fall einen Daumen nach oben an FeWo und Meer :)Ansonsten bin ich eher enttäuscht, ich habe mich nur für dieses Haus entschieden, weil es eine Sauna hat, diese konnte man jedoch nur unter widrigen Bedingungen benutzen. Das Licht in der Sauna ist defekt, das imdavorliegenden Flur ging mal an und mal nicht. Das heißt man kann entweder im Dunkeln oder mit seiner Handytaschenlampe in der Sauna sitzen. Des Weiteren sind zwei mal die Hauptsicherungen raus geknallt, nachdem die Sauna eingeschaltet wurde, also war erstmal das ganze Haus ohne Strom. Spät am Abend möchte man auch den Verwalter nicht mehr anrufen. Scheinbar muss das Problem aber bekannt sein, da die Sicherung der Sauna bei Ankunft alle aus waren, wobei ich mir jedoch erstmal nichts gedacht habe. Zudem hat die Kaminscheibe einen Riss, was ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt, weshalb man diese nicht austauscht, ist fraglich. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, in einer Ecke lag eine Ansammlung von Ungeziefer. Prüft auch unbedingt die Zähler bei Ankunft, ich hab’s leider nicht gemacht und soll als Einzel Personen 1m3 Wasser und 71 kWh Strom verbraucht haben.

Die Küche war topp ausgestattet, die Sauberkeit war an einigen Stellen, besonders Ecken nicht ok (Spinnenweben , der Fußboden besonders an den mit Kabeln „dekorierten "Ecken sehr staubig und teilweise unsauber…)

So ein schönes Haus

leider mit kleinen, unnötigen Mängeln! Ein perfektes Haus in Bezug auf die Lage. Wer gutes Wetter hat und sich nur draußen aufhält, wird sich kaum daran stören. Allerdings ein wenig mehr Pflege/Ersatz der in die Jahre gekommenen kleinen Dinge würden das Haus zu einem Traumhaus machen!Zu nennen wären:-der Ersatz des kaputten Rasierspiegels-ein Bad-Eimer mit Deckel-Ersatz des Wasserkochers, an dem heißer Wasserdampf austritt,-die Latte am Schuppen ist z.T. weggebrochen, -die oben in den Zimmern abgelegten Goodies (Kinderbett, zusätzl. Stühle, ...) ein wenig besser stapeln bzw. hinter Vorhängen verstecken oder auch einbauenEine bessere Grundsauberkeit was die Mülleimer unter den Tüten angeht wäre dringend zu raten, Fensterrahmen putzen, Schuppen abstauben, die Stühle, die im Schuppen abgestellt waren, bedürfen dringend einer Reinigung. In der Beziehung hatte ich das Gefühl das Haus ist noch nciht aus dem Winterschlaf erwacht.Das alles sind wirklich kleine Dinge, die sich schnell und ohne viel Geld ändern ließen um das Haus zu einem Traum zu machen!

Kurzurlaub

Die Auszeit hat uns wie immer gefallen. Das Wetter war top. Wir sind mit dem Rasenden Roland nach Putbus und Binz gefahren, haben eine Schifffahrt zum Kreidefelsen von Sassnitz aus gemacht und das Jagdschloss Granitz besucht.

Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus

Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Lage, die Ausstattung mit Kamin, Sauna und toller Küche, Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen und noch mehr, haben uns sege gefallen. Aus dem Wohnbereich hat man einwn Bluck in die Natur.

Erholsamer Winterurlaub

Ich habe zusammen mit meinen Kindern (5 und 9) für einen Kurzurlaub in der hübschen, kleinen Unterkunft gewohnt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage zum Strand ist traumhaft und man kann vom Haus aus das Rauschen des Meeres hören.

tolle Lage, der Rest naja

Die Lage des Bungalow ist super! Das Interieur leider nicht. Vor 2 Jahren hatte der Kühlschrank schon keine Tür, jetzt fehlt auch noch eine Ablagescheibe darin. Die Wachstischdecke auf dem Esstisch hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Teller und Tassen haben abgeplatzte Ecken und der Duschkopf sollte auch getauscht werden.
