Entspricht nicht dem Profil auf dem OnlineportalDie Unterkunft "Villa Paradiso" ist toll gelegen und auch außergewöhnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie erhält hier leider dennoch eine nur mittlere Bewertung, weil sie nicht ist, was sie auf dem Onlineportal vorgibt zu sein. Dort werden zu entscheidenden Merkmalen unvollständige und irreführende Angaben gemacht.1. Art der Unterkunft: die Bezeichnung "Villa Paradiso", die aufgeführten Unterkunftdetails und 34 Fotos vermitteln den Eindruck eines Ferienhauses, wie wir es im Suchfilter auch ausgewählt hatten. Doch handelt es sich nur um eine Wohnung, die auch nicht in sich abgeschlossen ist: nicht erwähnt ist, dass das Gastgeber-Paar im Souterrain wohnt, mit freiem Zugang zur Ferienwohnung über eine Treppe im Haus sowie über eine Außentreppe auf eine der zwei Terrassen (Außenansichten des Hauses mit der klar erkennbaren Souterrain-Wohnung fehlen in der Bildergalerie)."Privater Garten" trifft auch nicht wirklich zu. Der vorhandene Sitzbereich im Garten befindet sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller unmittelbar vor der großen Fensterfront der Souterrain-Wohnung der Gastgeber, Privatsphäre Fehlanzeige. 2. Parken am Haus: die Angabe "Auf dem Grundstück sind 5 Parkplätze vorhanden" ist grundsätzlich richtig. Doch wurden wir angehalten, unser Fahrzeug außerhalb des Wohngrundstücks abzustellen.Wären wir über diese Gegebenheiten im Vorfeld vollständig bzw. richtig informiert gewesen, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht.

We want to clarify a few points for future guests: although we live in the basement, the vacation apartment is completely independent and private. Our garden spans nearly 1,000 m² and features a spacious gazebo (4x5 m). Rest assured, the terrace does not overlook our living area, ensuring your privacy is fully respected. Regarding parking, we have five spaces located outside the garden but still on our property. We apologize for any confusion caused by the language barrier in explaining this area’s accessibility. Thomas und Ursula Deutschland Tony & Betty haben mit mediterraner Leidenschaft eine gästefreundliche Ferienwohnung gestaltet, in der man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung ist nach dem Bedarf der Feriengäste eingerichtet, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.Mit dem sehr vielen Grün auf dem großen Grundstück fühlt man sich tatsächliche schnell wie im Paradies. Außergewöhnlich herzlich ist die Gastfreundschaftderbeiden, wie haben zwei Menschen kennengelernt, deren Begegnung uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird und für die dankbar sind. Wer tagsüber das Meer und einen belebten, liebenswerten Badeort in der Nähe mag, abends aber einen ruhigen Ausklang in der Natur bevorzugt, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Villa Paradiso macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Klare Empfehlung.
