Modern vacation home with 3 bedrooms

Our wooden house offers the following amenities across three floors: The attic features two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a sitting area, and satellite TV. The second bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a single bed (90 × 200 cm). The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a vanity with a large mirror. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, as well as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, salt, and pepper. The dining table seats six people. The living room features a sofa, satellite TV, and access to the balcony, which seats four people. The ground floor also includes a guest bathroom, a coat closet, and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). In the basement, there is a bedroom with a bed (140 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, as well as access to the large terrace. The house includes a carport parking space and one or two additional parking spots in the courtyard in front of the front door. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 250 euros is required in cash upon arrival.
