Our newly built holiday home, with 80 m² of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate 1–5 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, filter coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, and milk frother, leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m), a double bed (1.60 m x 2.0 m), and a sleeper sofa. (All bedroom windows and the small bathroom window are equipped with mosquito screens.) The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, mirror cabinet, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine and drying rack are available for your laundry needs. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Idyllically located, it’s ideal for relaxing, remote work, or an active holiday. Enjoy the Bavarian Forest and discover nature up close. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, complete with a dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A security deposit of 150.00 EUR is required; this will be refunded promptly via bank transfer. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
