With a spacious 130 m² of living space, the Aschenbrenner holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the Bavarian Forest. The ground-floor apartment is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to 6 people—with the option to add rollaway beds or cots for up to 3 children. The holiday rental features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa (100x200 cm). Extra beds or cots can also be provided upon request. The amenities are ideal for families—a changing table and two high chairs are available. Two separate bathrooms and a shower provide additional comfort. Pets are also welcome and may be brought along for an additional fee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for and offers all the appliances you need to prepare your meals: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes, and children’s tableware are also provided. The cosy living area invites you to relax and is equipped with a smart TV with internet access and free Wi-Fi. Two wood-burning stoves with viewing windows create a particularly cosy atmosphere on cooler days. A spacious storage room of about 20 m² is available for bicycles, skis, snowboards, or strollers. During the summer months, the terrace with a grill area and seating invites you to relax outdoors. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are also available for use at an additional charge. There are three free parking spaces directly in front of the holiday rental. Check-in is available between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least two hours before you arrive. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: 1 EUR per person aged 17 and older. Up to 3 pets are allowed for a fee of 20 EUR per pet. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
