From every room, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the large garden with a pond, which you can reach via a small bridge. Enjoy nature up close here. And with a little luck, you might spot a dipper, a kingfisher, or even the shy black stork at close range.

Holiday Rental by the Stream:

The 55-square-meter apartment is 4-star DTV-certified and newly renovated. A parking space for your car or motorcycle is available on the property.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The living room features a flat-screen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, and a CD/MP3 player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge upon request.
You’ll find plenty of reading material for a cosy afternoon of reading. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when the weather outside isn’t suitable for going out.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site.Pets are not an erlaubt.Im. The base price includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
