The Dünenhaus Christa is located directly on the beach promenade on Maxim-Gorki-Straße in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf. Beach access is right in front of the house. The town centers and piers of Heringsdorf and Bansin are within walking distance. The apartments are individually decorated and comfortably furnished.

A parking space is available for you on the property.

**** Construction work on a new building will begin in January on the neighbouring lot to the left, which is in the first row along the promenade. Apartment 13:

This high-quality holiday apartment for 2–3 people is located in the Dünenhaus Christa, right on the promenade between Heringsdorf and Bansin. The property has its own access to the promenade. The beach access is directly across the street.
A highlight of this apartment is its two balconies. The larger balcony is accessible from the living room and offers a view of the Baltic Sea through the trees on the dune. The spacious living room features a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine (for a fee). From the kitchen, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony leading to the building’s courtyard.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), a wardrobe, and a second TV. The couch in the living room can be used as an extra bed (sleeping area 140 x 195). The staircase shown in the living room leads to privately used rooms and is not available to the tenants of the holiday rental. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The basement features a bike storage room and coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The parking space assigned to the apartment is located on the enclosed property.
