Die Wohnung/das Haus ist renoviert und sehr schön. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Hat alles bestens geklappt.Immer wieder gerne.

Das Ferienhaus ist absolut top. Modern eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Dazu kommt die tolle Betreuung vor Ort.

Geräumiges, renoviertes Ferienhaus in der Urbanisation Primavera in der Nähe von El Sauzal. Ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Die moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung ist komplett neu, alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Das Haus hat ein separates Büro/Arbeitszimmer mit Internetanschluss und Drucker, was allerdings nicht benutzt wurde.4 Klimageräte in den Haupträumen sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen an heißen Tagen.Fernsehempfang ist (leider) nur über Internetfernsehen (Netflix, Prime nach Anmeldung verfügbar), möglich. Livestream von ARD und ZDF ist aus rechtlich Gründen nicht empfangbar. Die Ausstattung im Außenbereich ist verbesserungsfähig. Es ist nur eine einzige Sonnenliege vorhanden. Hausübergabe und Abreiseformalitäten völlig unkompliziert. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen, ich würde es jederzeit nochmal buchen.
