A warm welcome to an inn steeped in history and tradition. Family-owned for generations, our lovingly run inn embodies the refined comfort of Bavaria. Down-to-earth, simple, and with dedication, we offer you a cosy and peaceful stay at the Goldener Steig. Our accommodation is located in our new building, which sits right next to the historic, listed inn. To the west, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest. Each of our holiday apartments features a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. We provide towels. You’ll also find a small kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, a sink, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and the necessary kitchen utensils. The living area is furnished with a sofa—which can also be used as an extra bed—a dining table, and a TV. You can also relax outdoors on the balcony or in the garden. In the sleeping area, you’ll find double beds made up by us, as well as storage space for your clothes and other luggage. Our parking spaces are located right next to the guesthouse and are available to you free of charge during your stay. Breakfast can be booked for 10.00 EUR per person (children’s breakfast 6.00 EUR). The dining room is open in the evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our kitchen prepares a set dinner menu daily (featuring regional cuisine). Vegetarian or vegan dishes are available upon request. Dinner is optional and not included in the base rate. A third person may stay overnight on a sofa bed in the holiday apartment upon request. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site.A cot or extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
