Welcome to this stunning designer loft in western Stuttgart. The open floor plan offers a unique and cosy living experience across a spacious 80 m². It’s the perfect place to live, work from home, or stream!

You’ll find a fully equipped designer kitchen as well as designer furniture in a timeless, minimalist style.

The loft is well-connected (dm & LIDL approx. 100m away) and features great cafés, bakeries, and bars, as well as a petrol station less than 100m away!
The Accommodation
Dear guests, here you’ll find a loft with 3.25-meter-high ceilings and a unique character. Great emphasis was placed on purism and minimalism.

Suspended ceilings with a great lighting concept let you change any lighting mood using the Philips Hue app on the provided iPad. The Tink heating thermostats let you comfortably adjust the temperature from the comfort of your bed, just the way you like it. You can control all the lights in exactly the same way.

A fully equipped (glasses, plates, silverware, toaster, microwave, etc.) designer kitchen, centrally located, separates the dressing/sleeping area from the living and dining areas. It is the absolute highlight of the loft and is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher, cooktop, and refrigerator and freezer). Here, you can cook, eat, or work comfortably together. A Nespresso machine, kettle, and other amenities are at your disposal. A 65-inch TV stands on a tripod and is clearly visible from every corner of the loft.

In the sleeping area, you’ll find a 180x200 bed that opens up to the walk-in closet, as well as the luxury bathroom with a spacious shower and custom-sized tiles. The lights here can also be controlled via Philips Hue in any colour. A hair dryer and fresh towels are, of course, provided for your use.

Towel service is included. However, this does not mean you can leave the loft dirty. Read our reviews and see for yourself.

Access is provided in person or via a key box. You can decide whichever option works best for you.
