The detached mobile home is practically furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. The following are available for use: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. +++ PETS: Pets up to 35 kg allowed. Dogs must have an EU pet passport and, in order to be identified, an electronic microchip. +++ The use of charcoal barbecues is not permitted, but gas or lava stone barbecues may be used. A communal barbecue area is available.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 32 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Holiday resort
National category 3 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket and launderette. In terms of gastronomy, the campsite has a restaurant with pizzeria, where you can enjoy delicious dishes on site or make use of the convenient takeaway service. The campsite bar is ideal for relaxing with a drink or snack. The catering facilities are open from the beginning of May to mid-October.

The campsite has a convenient supermarket with fruit and vegetables. In addition, important services such as laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi for 3 hours per day are available. Wi-Fi is available at the pool and in the shopping area; you can obtain the password at the campsite’s main reception.

At check-in, a deposit of €5.00 is required for the magnetic card, which can be used to open the car park barrier and the pedestrian gates in the evening hours. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay when you return the card.

If you wish to use the entertainment, swimming pool, shuttle bus, gym and sauna, you must purchase a wristband from the age of 3 at a price of €2.50 per person per stay.

The campsite is the ideal place for everyone who loves sports, leisure activities and contact with nature. The campsite is situated in the heart of the beautiful Etruscan Coast and offers a strategically convenient location close to some of the most important art cities in Italy. Thanks to its wide range of services, you can spend an unforgettable holiday here – both as a family with children and as a lover of outdoor activities. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Quiet hours apply on the campsite: cars and mopeds are not allowed to circulate from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

If you wish to park a second car, you can request an additional parking space for €6.00 per day; for motorbikes the price is €3.00 per day.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. The campsite’s large swimming pool with a slide for children is ideal for fun with the whole family. Parasols and sun loungers are available subject to availability. Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory. The pool is open from May to September and offers you long days full of fun and relaxation.

In the complex: gym and table tennis. Animation for children. Adult animation. For those looking for entertainment, the campsite offers an entertainment programme for adults and children, which is active during the day and in the evening from mid-June to the end of August. The little ones can have fun in the mini club and playground, while adults can enjoy football and volleyball courts, table tennis and a fitness area and sauna for relaxation. Sport fishing is also possible (for a fee), offering further leisure opportunities for nature lovers.

In summer: Ligurian Sea 900 m in Marina di Bibbona (beach 900 m in Marina di Bibbona with sand). Tennis in Cecina 8.6 km. The beach is about 800 metres from the campsite and is easily accessible on foot or by a free shuttle bus. You can choose between a free section of beach and an equipped beach with parasols and sun loungers (for a fee). If you are travelling with pets, the Mojito Dog dog beach is available to you by prior reservation. Both beaches can be reserved via www.freetimecamping.it in the “Strand” menu. There is also a beach bar and a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy food and drinks with a sea view.
