Relax in this modern apartment with a south-facing balcony in a quiet residential area. You’ll find a cosy living area with a sleeper sofa and a large smart TV that already includes access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The open-concept kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop and oven, is perfect for cooking. The cosy bedroom features a double bed, which is accessed from the foot of the bed. The shower room with a window is heated by underfloor heating. Of course, in addition to a parking space and an extra freezer, Wi-Fi is also available. Upon request, a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children is also possible.
