Large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere. In the living area, you can relax on the sofa, read a good book, or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. The sofa can be easily converted into a sofa bed, creating an additional sleeping space for a child. On cool evenings, the fireplace radiates cozy warmth.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals for you and your family. A bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find two tastefully furnished bedrooms. One offers a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Both rooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The upstairs bathroom features a skylight with privacy screening, a bathtub, a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and another toilet.
