The holiday rental is tastefully and comfortably furnished. All the floors are tiled white, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer a wonderful view of Lake Constance in any weather. It’s just a stone’s throw to the lake, the harbour, and the bustling lower town with its restaurants, wine bars, and small shops. The covered balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast with a view of Lake Constance and the mountains. Wellness and sports facilities are right on your doorstep. The Meersburg Thermal Baths are less than 2 minutes away, as is the outdoor swimming pool and beach across the street, which features a 50-meter lap pool. The Lake Constance circular hiking and biking trail runs right past the house. While you comfortably explore the diverse Lake Constance region by boat, bus, and train, your car is safely parked in the underground garage. Currently, there is no lift available.

Important Note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
