Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Nachbarn waren ruhig. Sie ist sehr schön und sauber (wenn man von den großen Staubflocken unter dem Klappsofa absieht, die ungeputzten Fenster und den verstopften Abfluss im Badezimmer-Waschbecken abzieht - den haben wir wieder in Ordnung gebracht). Darum ein Punkt Abzug; in dieser Preislage kann man etwas mehr erwarten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nach unserem Dafürhalten fehlten eine Mikrowelle und eine Salatschleuder.Die Altstadt von Meersburg ist unmittelbar gegenüber; getrennt durch eine vierspurige Straße. Manchmal ist es -insbesondere nachts und trotz 30er Zone- etwas laut. Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz ist etwas umständlich zu erreichen und eher eng. Der Fahrstuhl im Haus funktionierte an acht von neun Tagen einwandfrei (einen Tag stand er in einer Etage - Störung?). Die Terrasse ist schön groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist schön sonnig und wurde von uns mehrfach genutzt. Die Mülltrennung war eine Herausforderung. Dass man als zahlender Gast die Mülltonnen irgendwo hinstellen oder abholen soll, war uns neu. Ansonsten eine schöne Umgebung, Weinberge und viele Wanderwege. Meersburg ist eine Reise wert.
