Ein sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes, sauberes kleines Häuschen direkt am Waldrand in ruhiger Wohngegend gelegen. Man kann einige schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus starten. Es ist überhaupt nicht hellhörig zum angebauten Nachbarhaus. Wir haben von dort nichts gehört. Der einzige Nachteil ist, im Winter liegt das Häuschen den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir tagsüber sowieso nie da waren. Ehepaar mit 2 Kleinhunden

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit angemessener Grundausstattung, gepflegt und in herrlicher, ruhi..

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit angemessener Grundausstattung, gepflegt und in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage. Sehr schön auch der kleine Garten, in dem es sich vortrefflich aufhalten lässt, und in dem sich auch der Familienhund wohlfühlen kann. Gegen das durchlässige Gartentürchen hilft ganz einfach ein zusammengeklappter Gartenstuhl. Sehr interessante Lehrpfade und Wandermöglichkeiten bis hin zum wunderbaren Schwansee zum Baden befinden sich in allernächster Nähe. Der Weg nach Füssen ist durch etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten kurzweilig und in gut 20 - 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Ehepaar mit Hund.

An den Gartenzaun gehören "Parkplatz nur für Gäste" Schilder. Es ist einfach ärgerlich ,wenn man von einem Ausflug zurück kommt und der Stellplatz vor der Wohnung stundenlang belegt wird. Sonst gibt es dort,wie sie wissen ja keine weitere Parkmöglichkeiten als im absoluten Halteverbot. Dann noch die Türen zum Grundstück bei beiden Wohnungen könnten unten noch eine Barriere z.B. Holzbrett vertragen. Hier können Hunde durchschlüpfen. Genauso die Thuja-Hecke zwischen den Wohnungen ist bereits so ausgedörrt (Hundedurchlässig), dass, unsere Hündin wegen eines rabiaten Gasthundes nebenan gebissen wurde und ich habe dabei um meine Hündin zu schützen eine Hose zerrissen und mein rechtes Knie lädiert. Vielleicht könnte man da einen kleinen Jägerzaun mit etwa 30cm Höhe anbringen. Unsozialisierte Tiere kommen immer wieder mal vor. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, am Wald und ist sehr geräumig mit Wohnküche. Man kann prima abschalten, denn die Internetverbindung ist mäßig- für Homeoffice nicht geeignet. Leider ist die Heizung nicht warm geworden. Die Bettdecke war für zarte Senioren zu schwer. Für 4 Personen ist der Preis ok, für 2 Personen relativ hoch. Familie, nur Kurzurlaub
