Dünenresidenz 10 - Apartment on the first floor in a central location for four people

The Dünenresidenz holiday home is located in the second row from the promenade. The pier, the beautiful Zinnowitz promenade with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, and the beach are just 80 metres away. This home is the ideal starting point for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday in Zinnowitz.

Holiday Apartment 10 is a three-room apartment on the ground floor of the building and offers 66 square metres of space for up to 4 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a cabinet with a flat-screen TV, and a radio. The kitchenette features a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. You can comfortably enjoy meals together or gather for a game night at the dining table.
The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, providing ample storage space for your holiday belongings. Curtains are provided to block out the light. The smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (sleeping area 0.80 m x 1.90 m). The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower and a large sink. A south-facing terrace is part of the apartment, where you can enjoy the sun.

The apartment includes an underground parking space (entry height 1.93 m), and you can store your bicycles securely in the basement. For our younger guests, a travel cot with a mattress (linens not included) and a high chair are available for free use. Wi-Fi is available.
