An elevator takes you conveniently to the top floor. From the west-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Rathausmarkt. The living area features a modern design with a leather sofa, flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area. The sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) provides additional sleeping space. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another flat-screen TV await you. An underground parking space with a clearance height of 1.8 m is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be stored, but a space is not guaranteed. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. Pets are welcome! The central location allows you to conveniently explore Westerland.
