"Seeblick 19" Holiday Home – plenty of space, unobstructed ocean views, and just 600 metres from the beach

More space for holidaying together: The “Seeblick 19” holiday home offers 116 m² of space for up to six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living and dining area provide a comfortable setting for families, couples, or a group travelling together.

The direct, unobstructed ocean view can be seen from every room. You can also enjoy the view of the water from the south-facing terrace and the garden. The natural beach is only about 600 metres away and can be reached in about four minutes on foot.

Six guests with a view of the sea

“Seeblick 19” is one of the larger holiday homes in the Klein Stresow holiday village. The three bedrooms provide six regular sleeping spots, so the living area doesn’t have to double as a bedroom at night.

With two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, the layout is suitable for various travel groups. Parents and children, several adults, or two couples with additional guests will each find their own private spaces.

Ocean view from every room

The house’s name describes its central feature: every room offers a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean.

Guests can thus enjoy the ocean view while having breakfast, spending time together in the living area, and waking up in their bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows also bring plenty of natural light into the house.

South-facing terrace just a short walk from the beach

The south-facing terrace is accessible from the living area. Here, you can enjoy meals outdoors or spend quiet moments taking in the ocean view. Garden furniture is provided.

The private garden expands the outdoor space. The holiday home is only about 200 metres from the natural beach. The walk takes about three minutes.

Spacious living and dining area

The holiday home was newly built in 2022 and furnished in a modern style. The furniture, artwork, and lighting reflect an elegant Nordic style, creating a harmonious overall look.

The living area features a sofa perfect for spending time together or relaxing quietly. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are also included.

The dining table seats six. This allows the entire travel group to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or wind down together at the end of the day.

Open kitchen for six people

The modern kitchen opens directly onto the living and dining area. It is equipped with high-quality appliances and a complete set of tableware.

A dishwasher takes care of the cleanup after meals. Thanks to the open floor plan, cooking remains part of the shared holiday experience.

Three separate bedrooms

Four sleeping spots are distributed across two double box-spring beds. Both beds have a sleeping surface of 1.80 × 2.00 metres each.

The third bedroom features two single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 centimetres.

Each bedroom has a closet and its own flat-screen TV. You can also enjoy a direct ocean view from the bedrooms.

Two bathrooms and a private sauna

The house has two bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet. This allows the group to use both bathrooms in the morning or after a trip to the beach.

The ground-floor bathroom also features a private Finnish sauna. It is for the exclusive use of the holiday home and does not need to be shared with other guests.

The beds are already made upon arrival. Towels are also provided.

Wellness after a trip to the beach

The short distance to the natural beach makes spontaneous trips to the water possible. After swimming, a walk on the beach, or a cool day on the coast, the sauna offers a private place to warm up.

Afterwards, guests can spend the evening by the fireplace or on the south-facing terrace.

Holiday with a Dog

Dogs are welcome to stay upon prior registration. The natural surroundings and the short walk to the water offer plenty of opportunities for walks together.

Guests also have access to the private garden during their stay.

The Greifswald Bodden right on your doorstep

The Klein Stresow holiday village is located on Rügen’s south coast, right next to the Greifswald Bodden. In addition to beach trips, guests can enjoy walks and bike rides, as well as kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding excursions.

A handcart is available for transporting beach bags and other items.

Washing machine and dryer in the main building

The holiday home does not have its own washing machine or dryer. Both machines are available in the main house as coin-operated machines for shared use.

Rural access road and private parking space

Access to the holiday village is via an unpaved, natural road. You must drive at walking speed only.

A reserved parking space is available free of charge for guests.

EV Charging Stations for Holiday Guests

There are a total of three shared charging stations for electric vehicles in the holiday village. They are not assigned to any specific house.

A fee for charging is charged based on the length of stay. You must bring your own compatible car charging cable.

Travelling by Train

If you’re travelling by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to the holiday village can be arranged for a small fee. This allows you to cover the last few kilometres to your accommodation even without your own vehicle.

Café Klein Stresow and Farm Store

Café Klein Stresow and its farm store offer hot and cold drinks, fresh rolls, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and speciality coffees. Regional products are also available.

Fireworks-Free New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve is celebrated in the holiday village without fireworks. This allows guests to spend New Year’s Eve in a fireworks-free setting with a view of the water.
