A particularly light-filled holiday home awaits Rügen enthusiasts on the ground floor of Villa Sofie Binz in Apartment No. 4, “MeerUrlaub.” Take the lift from the building’s underground car park straight into your holiday paradise. This 60 m² holiday apartment can accommodate up to four people. We provide a travel cot and high chair for children free of charge. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—the beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect for unwinding, the 15 m² terrace features garden furniture, the apartment’s own beach chair, and a parasol. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the garden, or sunbathing—your holiday begins the moment you arrive. The spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax on the corner sofa or in the comfortable armchair, or to enjoy a meal at the dining table.

The apartment is furnished in an elegant, maritime style. The furnishings blend beautifully with natural wood materials. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The bedroom invites you to dream with a comfortable double box-spring bed. It features a flat-screen TV, nightstands with cosy reading lamps, and a closet with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom can be set up for one person with a single bed or for two people with a double bed (160x200). The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and sink.

The building has a Finnish wood-fired sauna (shared use—coin-operated), a washing machine, and a dryer (coin-operated) for shared use. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and hand towels and bath towels will be provided. A private parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. The garden, which borders directly on the sunny terrace of the “MeerUrlaub” holiday rental, is also part of the rental and is welcome for you to use.
