A particularly light-filled holiday home awaits Binz enthusiasts on the ground floor of Villa Sofie Binz in Apartment No. 5, “Meereslicht.” Take the lift from the building’s underground car park straight into your holiday paradise. This 60 m² holiday apartment can accommodate up to four people. We provide a travel cot and high chair for children free of charge. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—the sandy beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect for unwinding, the 15 m² terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invites you to relax. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the garden, or sunbathing—your holiday begins the moment you arrive. The spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax on the blue sofa or in the comfortable armchair with a footstool, or to enjoy a meal at the dining table. The apartment is elegantly furnished. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double box-spring bed, invite you to dream. Each room features a flat-screen TV, nightstands with cosy reading lamps, and a closet with plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and sink.

The building features a Finnish wood-fired sauna (shared use—coin-operated), a washing machine, and a dryer (coin-operated) for shared use. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and hand towels and bath towels will be provided. A private parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you.

sehr dichte Fenster (gegen Geräusche von draußen) und Türen (gegen Geräusche aus dem Haus), alles neu und sauber wie im guten Hotel, deswegen der Preis auch angemessen, sehr gute Küchenausstattung (uns fehlten lediglich ein Rührgerät und eine Backform für den Geburtstagskuchen, und die Kochlöffel sind aus Plastik), alle Kleinigkeiten, die man so brauchen könnte, sind da (Wäscheklammern, Kerzen und Anzünder, Spültabs, Topflappen, Gartenstuhlauflagen, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Spiele auch für Jugendliche/ Erwachsene, sehr viele Bücher), angenehmer Kontakt mit ruyastay - für mich nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig - sehr gut, schöne Gartengestaltung, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 50 Jahre

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und hervorragend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Der Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Zimmer, einschließlich Küchenzeile und Bad, boten uns einen hohen Komfort. Fussläufig gibt es sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Gaststätten verschiedener Art. Auch der Strand ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist besonders empfehlenswert. 70
